Wayne Gillespie designed South Yarra home sold

In South Yarra, an early example of renowned late architect Wayne Gillespie’s work, sold for $270,000 higher than its reserve.
There were three bidders for 200 Walsh Street South Yarra.
The four-bedroom late 1970s property sold for $4.77 million through Kay & Burton.
