Colliers International agent Richard Royle has listed Native Dog Station in the tightly held Oberon district.

He says the 1,696 ha Native Dog Station is a superior quality rural asset combining a large scale agricultural enterprise and lifestyle property.

The Freeman family farm is located within three hours of Sydney.

"The high output pastures and evenly spread rainfall enable a high livestock carrying capacity (over 20,000 DSE) suitable for breeding and finishing stock," Richard Royle said.

The property is set up for cattle, sheep and horses with a central laneway system.

The pastures include; chicory, cocksfoot, fescue, phalaris, ryegrass perennial, sub clover and white clover mix.
