Lifestyle blog founder Renae Leith-Mano sells Paddo reno

Renae Leith-Manos, founder of heatlh, fitness and lifestyle blog Bondi Beauty, has quickly flipped her rebuilt 1890s Paddington terrace.

She paid $2,325,000 for the three bedroom, two bathroom terrace last year and has just completed the transformation, with a $4,035,000 sale achieved in just days of it hitting the market.

Marketed as a London style terrace, the home now comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms with features finishes sourced from around the world.

Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agents Alexander Phillips and Gavin Lewis had set a late August auction date.

Manos wrote the book A Red Carpet Guide to Sydney.
