Investment banker Mark Maloney lists Sittingborne

Investment banker Mark Maloney has listed Sittingborne, his Southern Highlands retreat.

The founder and CEO of Intrepid, and a former banker at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, is asking $4.75 million for the 37 hectare Glenquarry estate that cost $2.1 million in 2012.

The original residence has been totally rebuilt and modernised, with four new bathrooms and a new kitchen.

There's four bedrooms, four bathrooms a large rumpus room and separate guest accomodation comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A brick dairy, barn and 14 paddocks sit on the parcel listed through Richardson & Wrench Bowral agent Michael Maloney.

It comes with approval for a pool and tennis court.
