Di Bella Coffee owners lists New Farm apartment

Phillip Di Bella and wife Gianna, better known as the names behind the famous Di Bella Coffee, are selling their New Farm apartment.

The Lower Bowen Terrace unit was where it all began for the Di Bella's when they started their coffee roasting empire.

Gianna said they bagged a lot of coffee in the garage.

Spanning 150 sqm including a private courtyard, the split level home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Ray White New Farm agents Tom Lyons and Matt Lancashire are marketing the home for an August 19 auction.

Di Bella Coffee began as a small coffee roasting operation in Bowen Hills in 2002.

Phillip won the Ernst & Young's Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2008.
