Hom Yoga founder Malvina Kang is selling the Darlinghurst home she shares with her artist husband, artist Rob Manning.
It has been listed for July 1 auction.
Kang, whose yoga studios are in Darlinghurst and Singapore, bought the Engelen Moore-designed home in 2015 for $1,565,000.
The two-storey home has been listed by BresicWhitney agent Maclay Longhurst with a $1.85 million guide.
