Located at 2502/2 Philip St, the property has views of Circular Quay, Botanic Gardens and North Head.

It was last sold in 2009 for $7 million and before that in 1998 for $4 million.

It had been partially refurbished with potential for further enhancements with an interior size of 253 sqm.
