The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the iconic Danmark building had a guide of just over $2 million when briefly listed in 2013.

The apartment sits in the Danmark, the Edwardian 1900s built Wolseley Road mansion. It was converted to a suite of individual apartments in the 1930s.

The couple headed to a terrace in Paddington which Meares sold last month for around $2.5 million.

She co-owned the two bedroom Underwood Street property with her mother Denise Macpherson.
