Simone Warne-Callahan has listed her Brighton property.

It is a luxury Mediterranean-style house that the cricket legend’s former wife has called home for around three years.

Located on Norwood Avenue, the French-inspired house features French oak Driftwood flooring at the entrance that leads to a versatile study or sitting room as well as a relaxed lounge room.

It was bought in 2014 for $2.615 million and has since been renovated.

The living and dining area attracts light which also flows out towards the outdoor and into the vine-draped al fresco dining area with built-in BBQ.

A remote-controlled garage features an air-conditioned bedroom with a skylit ensuite making it perfect for entertaining people.

Upstairs is the four bedrooms and three bathrooms that combines style and spaciousness while offering treetop vistas from all angles.

Main bedroom overlooks the pool along with neighbourhood views and bay glimpses.

Nick Johnstone stated that the private sale price for Atun, a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house with formal and informal living rooms, was about $4 million.

The property is offered through Nick Johnstone Real Estate agents Nick Johnstone and Simone Chin.
