They have listed their Frank Lloyd-Wright inspired mansion.

The couple are off to Vaucluse where they paid $47.8 million for Carrara, the beachfront reserve property they bought from global financier Andrew Ipkendanz last year.

Spanning over 2000 sqm of internal living space, the three level harbourfront home has nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an office, guest quarters, home theatre, his and hers changing rooms and a 20 metre swimming pool.

Georges Ellis & Co Strathfield agent Joseph Georges has set a May 13 auction.

The current record stands at $8.41 million in an off-market last year.

The suburb record that has been broken three time in the last 12 months.

The $6.8 million suburb record, that had stood since 2014, was topped in May last year on Newton Road sold for $6,825,000 then again in September when a Llandilo Avenue home sold for $7.3 million.

The $8.41 million was for an Agnes Street home which sat a smaller parcel without a tennis court.
