A charming Leabrook house in the heart of the suburb has been sold for $1.6 million making it Adelaide’s most expensive sale this weekend.

Located at 3 Godfrey Terrace, the property is surrounded by gardens and features original details. 

The three-bedroom sandstone family house sold at between 10 per cent and 15 per cent above reserve, according to Toop & Toop agent Tim Thredgold.

It sold to a downsizing couple.

There were nine registered bidders for the house with north faces north living area that maximises the sunlight and outdoors via the bi folding glass door.

A swimming pool with underwater lighting is available and is framed by palms and a mature garden.
