The Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast penthouse of Andrew MacDonald, senior vice-president and chief casino officer at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, has been listed.

Around $3.3 million is being sought for his penthouse in the Mantra Chevron Renaissance Towers.

Offering views of the city skyline, ocean and hinterland, the three-bedroom apartment comes with an 80 square metre living room, three bathrooms and three balconies.

There is a heated rooftop plunge pool.

Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite, the master with a bath enjoying the ocean views.

Kerry-Jayne Broad of Queensland Sotheby’s International has the trophy home offering.
