Located at 7 Drummond Row, the five bedroom property is positioned in a quiet, blue ribbon cul-de-sac.

It has 264 sqm of internal living along with 35 sqm of entertaining space and garage.

The formal living areas have timber floors and 4 metre high ceilings.

There is also a gas and solar heated swimming pool that is adjacent to the fully equipped pool house.
