Lisa Keighery, wife of the late Marcs fashion wear founder Mark Keighery, has sold her Woollahra home for $4.2 million pre-auction.

Set opposite Lough Playing Fields, Keighery paid $2.8 million for the five bedroom family home in 2014.

The listing with McGrath agents William Manning and Dominique Ogilvie came with plans for an Alex Roth designed family home.

Meanwhile the billionaire Greg Goodman did not find a buyer for one of his many Woollahra investment properties at mid-week Ballard Property Group auction.

The 1890s terrace on Moncur Street had been rented to Camilla Franks, the fashion designer, and her dogs, Gypsy and Beau until recently.
