Berry Farm listed by Macquarie banker

Macquarie Group infrastructure executive David Roseman and his wife interior designer, Sue have listed their recently-built Berry weekender.
The London based couple have it listed for March 27 auction.
Berry Farm, a 20-hectare hobby farm at 2 Coomonderry Ridge, was bought in 2011 for $1.18 million.
It now comes with two-storey residence with a separate guest house.
Gary Dale of Belle Property Berry is reportedly seeking $4.75 million for the property which is only 800m from Seven Mile Beach and 6kms from the heart of Berry.
A six bedroom house at 40 Bundewallah Road, Berry (below) has been listed for a price guide of between $3,650,000 to $3,850,000.
