Sydney's Inner West weekend auction clearance rate tops 90%: CoreLogic

The Inner West region of Sydney takes the top spot with the highest auction success rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 61 auctions known to CoreLogic 90.2% were sold.
This is followed by Ryde with 88.2% and the Eastern Suburbs with 87.2%.
A five bedroom house at 111 Cabarita Road, Cabarita (above) was sold for $3,300,000.
Similarly a four bedroom house at 20 North Street, Balmain (below) was sold for $3,020,000.
