There were winners and losers in the Darling Point fashion trade this week.

Bespoke tailor Patrick Johnson and interior designer wife Tamsin scored $1,755,000 for their renovated two bedroom apartment (above), while Seafolly owners Peter and Yvonne Halas still await a buyer for their garden apartment.

The beach-bound Johnson's paid $1,065,000 for their apartment in 2012. A large terrace overlooks Rushcutters Bay Park.

Peter and Yvonne Hallas, who bought a four bedroom penthouse round the corner for $8.35 million in 2015, failed to sell their redundant three bedroom apartment in the tightly held Glen Ascham building.

They paid $1.38 million for the apartment in 1996 and it had a guide of $4.4 million.
