Bevilles jewellery chain owner Gary Beville has listed his 12h floor Port Melbourne penthouse.

Overlooking the beach, Station Pier and the bay, Beville’s renovated three-bedroom unithas wide limed-oak floors, gas fireplace and premium kitchen with European appliances and stone benches.

The main bathroom and the main bedroom en suite are furnished in marble. Marshall White agent Nicholas Hoo is expecting more than $2 million at its March 4 auction.

Beville paid $1.62 million for the home in 2008.
