Colin Lane lists Kipling Mews, St Kilda

Entertainer Colin Lane – half of the Lano and Woodley comedy duo – has listed his weatherboard St Kilda home.

Kipling Mews, a five bedroom Federation with three living spaces, will be auctioned March 4.

It is a battleaxe-shaped block near Balaclava’s Inkerman Street shops.

It has been renovated and extended by Lane and his wife, Marnie, while retaining its period features including fretwork and pressed metal ceilings.

Marshall White’s Sam Hobbs is expecting more than $2.2 million for the 610 sq m Kipling Street offering.
