Jen Hawkin's former North Curl Curl home listed by Perth-bound Elizabeth Gaines

The North Curl Curl house that Jake Wall and Jen Hawkins built in 2010 has returned to the market.

Sydney's glamorous property developer couple secured $4.1 million for the home in 2014, having seen potential for the 694 sqm parcel that was just a tennis court.

It's now tipped to fetch $4.9 million through Belle Property Dee Why agents Brendan Pomponio and Kirsten Bertram, who have set a March 11 auction.

It's been listed by businesswoman Elizabeth Gaines and her partner Kevin Manuel, who have made no updates to the home.

The only major change detected in the latest marketing photos from when Hawkins listed it is the lack of shoes in the opulent dressing suite shoe rack.

Gaines and Manuel are off to Perth, where Gaines has been made CFO of Andrew 'Twiggy' Forrest's mining company Fortescue Metals.

Set in the Windy Dropdown gated community, Jen and Jake bought the building block for $1,375,000 in 2009.

It was the start of the collaboration between Jen and architect Koichi Takada, who built their second North Curl Curl home and their newest project on Pittwater.

The four bedroom, three level luxury North Curl Curl home features retractable glass walls that peel back to open up a number of flowing living spaces.

There are outdoor balconies and terraces aplenty, with an Enviro lap pool and barbecue quarters accompanying the large level lawn.

Gaines has secured a $3.57 million Cottesloe, Perth home.

Their Berowra Waters weekender was sold in 2014 to Cate Blanchett and husband Andrew Upton for $1,495,000.

Hawkins and Wall have developed a reputation for building lavish houses in the northern beaches pensinsula, and then selling them at a big price.

They sold another Koichi Takada designed home late last year to cricket power couple Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Healey for $5,235,000.

The North Curl Curl success put Jen and Jake firmly on the path to profitable property success.

It is not long now before hey move into their 'forever home' on Pittwater, after the couple splashed $4 million in 2014 on two adjoining Newport properties.

The joint holdings comprise over 3,200 sqm, with almost 37 metres of absolute water frontage.

Hawkins has recently told the Daily Telegraph that she "can't wait to see the finished product" as she finalises the interior design and furnishings.

"We are in the middle of planning interiors and of course, now I'm into lounges, rugs and plants as much as fashion," the Myer ambassador said.
