Melbourne Cup winning jockey Michelle Payne is selling her St Kilda investment property.
The one bedroom apartment with balcony is situated in the STK development on St Kilda Road.
It comes with a price guide of $479,000.
It's not set to be a big windfall for Payne, who paid $463,000 off the plan in 2014.
The Ballarat-based jockey rode Prince of Penzance to success in the 2015 Melbourne Cup, despite being a rank outsider at $100.
Payne was the first female to win the iconic race.
