The latest trophy Pokolbin vineyard to hit the market is the Iron Gate Estate being sold by winemaker Roger Lilliott.
Market expectations are around $7 million.
Iron Gate Estate includes a Spanish Hacienda-style 200-tonne winery and cellar door.
It has 10 hectares of vineyards.
Lilliot acquired the property as an undeveloped land parcel 21 year ago, establishing its reputation as a producer of aged semillon.
