The Concord West spec home of the veteran Tigers star hooker Robbie Farah was passed in when auctioned on the weekend.

The bidding opened at $1.9 million, and passed in at $2.12 million.

Just two of the six registered parties completed.

Negotiations post auction took the highest offer to $2.2 million.

The renovated Myall Street offering was a joint venture between Robbie, and brothers Jason and Eddie.

Its Raine & Horne listing agent Dib Chidiac was giving $2 million to $2.2 million price guidance after its new rear extension.  

It was reported mid-week the Wests Tigers tabled a one-year contract extension to extend his career into the 2019 NRL season.

Farah recent notched up 250 games with the Tigers.
