West Coast Eagles midfielder and former Brisbane Lion Jack Redden and partner Aymee have listed their Balmoral home.
It had previously been a $1,250 a week rental following Reddens trade to the West Coast Eagles last year.
The couple paid $1,027,500 for the four bedroom home in 2013 before adding a deck extension and an in-ground swimming pool.
They were set to update the ground floor until Redden was called to the West Coast.
Set on 607 sqm and surrounded by established landscaped gardens, the two storey home also comprises two bathrooms and a rumpus room.
Redden has a tenant for his Bulimba home for rent at $680 a week. The three bedroom home cost $640,000 in 2010.
