Gold Coast superstar Gary Ablett has listed his luxury Ashmore waterfront which is sure to respark the rumours he'll leave the Suns at the end of 2017, having not departed over the 2016 summer break.

The versatile midfielder has two years left on his current $1 million-a-season contract, however there's regular suggestions the 32 year old will finish his career on the Gold Coast.

Ablett paid $1.8 million for the home upon his arrival at the Gold Coast in 2011 having left boyhood club Geelong, whom he reportedly asked whether he could be traded to during last year's AFL trade period.

Set on 3342 sqm of landscaped grounds, with mature tropical trees and plants ensuring privacy, the home comprises four en-suited king size bedrooms and a self-contained guest quarters.
