Aaron Kanat, former managing director of Hugo Boss, has $6 million to $6.5 million hopes for his architecturally designed waterfront home outside of Melbourne on Corio Bay.

The two-hectare property has views across the bay from Geelong to the Melbourne city skyline.

The is direct access onto a sandy, north-facing beach.

It comes with a championship tennis court at the rear of the property along with self-contained guest accommodation.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the house constructed by Hamilton Marino Builders around a decade ago with sliding walls of glass.

The home is listed for sale through Felix Hakins and Jeremy Fox of RT Edgar.

The 52 to 60 Avila Road block cost $1.75 million in 2006.

The top sale on the strip was $4.35 million in 2009 having been listed through RT Edgar at $5.5 million plus for the 2006-built home on 1.75 hectare.

At 25 Avila Road, Hemsley has been for sale on and off since 2011. Agent David Falk's last asking price was $1.9 million for the 1950s home.
