Beattie Property Agents has merged its business with McGrath Sutherland Shire.

The Beattie agency advised the business merger this morning.

"We feel will deliver fantastic results for every one of our customers across sales and property management," Michael Beattie said.

"The real estate industry is changing rapidly with digital technology and buyer behaviour so this merger not only brings together the best people, marketing and resources but essential access to premium online strategies targeting local, out of area and overseas buyers who use internet as the primary source of enquiry," he added.

Beattie Property Agents has been serving the Sutherland Shire and St George property markets for over 15 years.

Its team have over 60 years’ combined industry experience.

Meanwhile McGrath has lost another senior eastern suburbs team member with Ben Collier quitting after 23 years.

Collier's much-denied departure comes along with the departure of two other Sydney agents, Shad Hassen and Brad Gillespie.

"We greatly appreciate Ben, Shad and Brad's contribution to McGrath over a significant period," said McGrath chief Cameron Judson.

Ben Collier had denied any plans to depart since he was mooted as next to go after McGrath Limited lost its head of sales, Matt Lahood and head of project marketing Steven Chen in October.
