Chinese buyers being enticed to Melbourne with price discounts and 25 year rental guarantee

One Melbourne property developer is offering a generous 25-year rental guarantee in a bid to lure Chinese buyers back to the market.
It was offered to clients of China's biggest online real estate agency, Fang.com, The Australian Financial Review has reported.
Other developers like Volaire apartments, at 9 Dryburgh Street, West Melbourne, have discounted prices.
The discounts in Volaire are via cash rebates equivalent to around 7 per cent of the apartment's value.
