SJB presents its stunning Stellar Ryde design

Acclaimed architects SJB has revealed its latest signature design  – Stellar Ryde which is an $80 million development located in the heart of Ryde.

Ninety five luxurious apartments are spread across two towers reaching nine and five storeys high with prices starting from $599,000 for a one bed.

Gabrielle Suhr, associate SJB Architects, comments: “Bright metallic ribbon like balustrades wrap and shimmer around the solid exterior which brings an element of movement to the façade. The contoured and geometric architecture establishes a unique street presence. 

“Stellar Ryde’s striking grand forms feature a unique blend of colours, with radiant orange on lower levels ascending to yellow and white as the building meets the sky. Bronze louvres and charcoal renders support the autumn colour palette to unveil a distinctive and smart design.

“The interiors reflect the playfulness of the façade with the majority of the apartments enjoying light spanning the depth of the spaces. Shelving details in bright colours bring a touch of the signature yellow into the apartments, while a colour palette of elegant navy and white joinery options bring a crispness to the interiors that are framed by the bronze coloured window details.”

Stellar Ryde comprises 38 one beds, 53 two beds and four three beds. Nine floor plate options are on offer and 24 apartment types. Landscaped gardens and outdoor living areas will also support Stellar Ryde in addition to 208 square metres of retail space on the ground level. Building A also features a roof top terrace with a BBQ and picnic area for recreational activities. Also, 121 car spaces are included in the project (95 residential, 19 visitors, seven retail).
