New website launched for Chinese international buyers

Residential property website ACProperty.com.au has partnered with website Listglobally.com to start a new website aimed at Chinese buyers.

The site, Sodichan.com, will be run by the Melbourne-based ACProperty directors Esther Yong and Ivy Xiao.

Listglobally has listings  in countries such as Bulgaria, Turkey and Morocco with ACProperty's listings in Australia under one Mandarin-only website.

The site offer services such as Mandarin-speaking lawyers and accountants through advertising.

Esther Yong said agents need the right language, tools and channel to finish the transaction.

"You have to provide them with full support end-to-end in order to be useful to them," she said.

Listglobally chief executive Gerard Parrate said the new platform will close a gap in the international property market for Chinese buyers.

"Where Western sellers lack knowledge and experience in selling to Chinese buyers who mainly search for properties on Mandarin websites, Sodichan has the capability to service these buyers fully," he said.
