Brighton bathing box 85 for December auction

A newly built bathing box, built by the local council, at Brighton has been listed for sale.
It has been listed through Nick Johnstone Real Estate agent Alan McGillivray for December 17 auction.
Given its location on the strip, a cautious mid-$200,000s price guidance is being given for Box 85.
