Grant Thomas lists Brighton home

The Brighton home of the former St Kilda coach Grant Thomas and his wife, Kerry has hit the market.

They are seeking $9 million plus for the six-bedroom, eight bathroom home.

The house and a separate studio residence sit on a 1443 sq m block on Moule Avenue, with a pool, spa and tennis court.

The property cost $2.44 million in 2001.

Loewe Projects, a prestige building company owned by another former St Kilda footballer, Stewart Loewe, undertook renovations which include feature walls of River Bed Rock and wide American Oak floorboards.
