Melbourne's Inner region had lowest auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Inner South and North East regions of Melbourne had the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that both regions had an auction clearance rate of 81 percent as spring turned to summer.

This is followed by the Outer East with 80 percent and the Mornington Peninsula with 78 percent.

The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was the Inner region where only 70 percent of the known 288 auctions were sold.
