Late artist Shay Docking's Paddington terrace listed for auction

A terrace home in Paddington, home to the late artist Shay Docking, has been listed for auction.
Located at 69 Cambridge Street, the property was left to the Art Gallery of NSW when Docking passed away on the condition that her husband, Gil Docking, could remain until his death.
Shay had owned the properpty since 1965 when she bought it for £6750.
The upper-level sundeck has views to the city.
The property is expected to fetch $2.3 million at its December 5 auction through Catherine Dixon of BresicWhitney.
