Netwealth Group's joint managing director Matt Heine has listed his quirky three level Prahran pad.

He paid $1.95 million for the warehouse conversion in 2009 with timber pivot doors revealing an expansive multi purpose living room.

The first level, accessed by both lift and timber stairs, comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The top floor main bedroom comes with ensuite, study nook and terrace offering city views.

The home goes under the hammer on December 5 through Marshall White.
