Armadale home being sold by Hipp owners

Leon and Sue Grinwald of designer gift packaging and partyware firm Hipp are selling their Armadale residence.

Located at 44 Hampden Road, the four-bedroom home was designed by Centrum Architects.

It was then renovated by Guilford Bell and Graham Fisher Architects, with interiors by Robin Mitchelson and gardens by Robert Boyle.

It is close to High Street shopping and cafes, and the train station.

Nicole Gleeson of Kay & Burton South Yarra will take the property to auction on November 26.
