One of Brisbane oldest heritage homes, Silverwells North has sold for $4.675 million through Sothebys.

Silverwells North, located at Kangaroo Point, was built in the 1860s for Sydney merchant Joseph Thompson.

The new owners are a local couple.

Set at 261 Main St, the semi-detached brick building was extensively restored by Waterford Properties in 2008.

Interior design group John Croft Design recently posted on Instagram saying “Our clients have just purchased this beautiful historic property, we are very excited to be involved in making it their new home.”
