Construction of Brisbane student accomodation Scape commences

Construction of a major new 787 bed development in Brisbane by student accommodation provider Scape has officially commenced.

Construction company Hindmarsh has been appointed to construct the circa $95 million Vulture Street project.

The development will be ready for student occupation in 2018.

Hindmarsh anticipates that around 2,000 workers will be engaged over the duration of the project.

Scape Brisbane has been designed to have a campus feel with a range of communal areas and additional facilities including quiet study areas, relaxed lounges, a gym and other inspiring spaces.

It is located within easy reach of several universities.
