Portico, Sydney offering with Coco Republic interiors

Mat Baxter, the newly appointed global CEO of media agency Initiative in New York, is selling his luxury Sydney CBD bolthole.

The 118 square metre luxury apartment on the north-west corner of the Portico building comes with interiors from Coco Republic.

The two level apartment is crowned with a French crystal chandelier hanging above the living and dining area.

Baxter paid $1.05 million for the two bedroom apartment in 2008 when he was living in Sydney having founded award winning creative agency Naked Communications.

It comes with an asking price of $1.95 million to $2.05 million through Monique Lavers at Sydney Cove Property.

Baxter's recent promotion came after he moved to New York last summer to take on the new chief strategy and creative role.
