The Sea Patrol producers Hal and Di McElroy have decided to offload their North Queensland retreat at Mission Beach.
The two level penthouse at 2 Coonanglebah Close has been listed through Colliers International Cairns agent Stacey Quaid.
Their four-bedroom, four bathroom 360 sq m penthouse comes with a $1.45 million price. They paid $860,000 in 2008.
The penthouse has 90 square metres of outdoor entertaining space, including a plunge pool.
They will retain their Walsh Bay, Sydney home.
