Yolanda Pettinato, the author of the international best-seller Simply Yoga, is selling her tri-level, three-bedroom St Kilda West townhouse.
It comes with a self-contained, ground-floor retreat used as a yoga studio.
There's a garden and terrace designed by Rick Eckersley.
Its November 13 auction comes with a $1.5 million to $1.6 million price guidance.
