Kathy Ward and Peter O'Connell, the co-founders of top modelling agency Chic Management, have sold their redundant Southern Highlands weekender, Foxhill.

The five bedroom homestead with wrapround verandah stands on an 11 hectare Kangaloon parcel with views over the Robertson Valley.

Michael Maloney at Richardson & Wrench secured the sale that came with a price of $2.75 million.

It last traded for $650,000 in 1998.

The extensive equestrian facilities once homed award winning show jumper Vettori, who the couple bought from New Zealand in 2004.

There's 10 paddocks and post and rail fencing, shelter sheds and a sand area.

Ward and O'Connell co-founded Chic Management with Ursula Hufnagl in 1992.

O'Connell's major interest these days is telecommunications provider Amaysim.

Ward, a keen dressage rider, loved it was remote but close to the city saying once, "you get space and you get quietness and you get solitude. It’s a beautiful part of the world."
