Gav and Waz sell Potts Point apartment

The 2003 Block contestants Gavin Atkins and Warren Sonin, or 'Gav and Waz', have sold their Potts Point apartment.
The designer boys spent $2,325,000 only last November on the two bedroom Altair apartment of former ABC TV director Paddy Conroy.
They redesigned the 16th floor unit and sold off-market last week.
Their Potts Point property foray came after they sold Charltons, their Byron Bay hinterland estate, for $3 million in 2013. Word is they are now again heading back to nature.
No clues yet but they've been up at Megalong Valley, though their Jack Russel dog, Charlie, has been spotted back at Byron Bay.
