Bombers midfielder Dyson Heppell has listed his Moonee Ponds period home, Albertus, after only owning it just over a year.

Heppell paid $1.74 million for the four bedroom home last September, and now price expectations come in at around $2.5 million to $2.65 million.

He found time to renovate the home extensively since being banned from playing this year following the team's much publicised supplements scandal.

The Edwardian home now comes with a large open plan living area with high ceilings, glass stacker doors and polished concrete floors. There's also now an additional bathroom.

The master suite has a large walk in wardrobe and an ensuite.

Heppell has also added the new heated swimming pool.

A large timber staircase leads to a mezzanine family retreat or home office.

Rebecca Towns and Brad Teal has set a November 19 auction date.
