Gold Coast property developer Shaun Juniper and wife Samantha sold their Minyama mansion in quick time through G1 Property agent Simon Guilfoyle.

Now the Sunshine Coast whispers suggest it's stayed in Queensland's tight-knit property development circles, with fellow developers Shaun and Elizabeth Leadbetter set to emerge the likely $6.25 million buyers.

They are best known for the $70 million Sea Pearl development at Mooloobala.

Shaun and Samantha paid $1,725,000 for the Minyama waterfront on 2,001 sqm that comes with five bedrooms, a theatre room, wine cellar and library.

Shaun is the son of Graeme Juniper, the veteran property developer who sold his Minyama home down the road for $6.75 million in 2012.
