Argyle Farm, Kernot on Victoria's Bass Coast is up for sale through an expressions of interest through agents Pat Rice & Hawkins.

Current owners Darrell and Lisa MacPherson first purchased the land of 56 hectares (or 139 acres) at 1037 Loch to Kernot Road twelve years ago.

The 305 sqm five bedroom Argyle Farm family homestead sits on three acres of lawns and gardens. Internal features include Miele appliances, spotted gum polished timber floors with gas ducted heating and an evaporative cooling system. It also has a solar panel power system, sandstone slow combustion fireplace and a home office with separate access from the double carport.

The vendors have also developed the farm facilities to an excellent level with a livestock handling complex of cattle yards, crush and loading race that is undercover with an adjoining shower and toilet room that also has its own solar panel array.
