An 1880's home in South Australia is set to trade hands for the first time in two decades.
Extended in 2008 which included the addition of a wine room, the sandstone villa in Medindi last sold for $469,500 in 1994.
Set on 1049 sqm, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a number of marble fireplaces and an outdoor courtyard.
The house will go to auction on October 8 through Fox Real Estate agent Andrew Fox.
The median house price in Medindie is $1.3 million according to CoreLogic.
