Seaforth waterfront fetches $4.1 million at auction

A refurbished 1950s home in Seaforth has sold for $4.1 million.
The house at 4 Abernethy Street was purchased along with a jetty, boatshed, sandstone harbour pool and pontoon.
The three-level four-bedroom, two-bathroom house sits on 1,728 square metres of land.
The median house price in Seaforth is $2.2 million according to CoreLogic.
