A five bedroom home in Raymond Terrace, north of Newcastle in New South Wales has had $100,000 taken off the initial asking price since listing at the start of the year according to SQM Research.
The property, 14 Kanwary Close Raymond Terrace, was first on the market for $949,000.
Louis Christopher, SQM Research managing director, said the vendors are struggling to find a buyer and bad financial news is forcing them to lower their expectations.
