A waterfront apartment in North Stradbroke has been listed with 20 percent of the sale slated for donation to the Princess Alexandra Research Foundation’s Support the Duck, Stop Cancer campaign.

The apartment, 1/158 Dickson Way, Point Lookout - as well as a Ferrari yellow beach buggy - will be sold via public auction on October 22 through www.aidarena.com.au.

AidArena is a not for profit organisation that facilitates the sale and auction of items with all or a portion of the proceeds going to various charities.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom property is located within the Waves Beach House Apartments, which are part of the Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel & Spa Resort.

Located on a north-facing headland at Point Lookout, they boast glorious views of the Coral Sea across to Moreton Island and beyond.

Tom Kralikas, North South Real Estate has been appointed as exclusive agent for the auction of the luxury three-bedroom property and buggy.

He said the apartments are a very popular holiday destination as well as being sought after for corporate and wedding functions.

“They are also just a few short steps to the pristine white sand of Cylinder and Home Beach at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island,” he said.

The apartment features European appliances, video intercom and secure entry facilities, secure basement parking and storage with private lift access and ducted air-conditioning.

The buyer will have access to the lagoon pool, hotel and day spa next door.
